OpenDebt is operated by Whispa Operations Pty Ltd, 20 Springthorpe Way, Castle Hill NSW 2154, Australia. These terms cover your use of the public website at opendebt.ai and the text messages described below. Services delivered inside a customer deployment are governed by the applicable customer agreement.

The website is provided for information about OpenDebt. Its content is general in nature, may change without notice and does not form an offer or advice. You may not use the website in a way that is unlawful, interferes with its operation or infringes the rights of others. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.

Program. OpenDebt sends account notifications on behalf of the creditor that holds your account, to customers who agreed a payment arrangement with that creditor by phone. Messages are sent by Whispa Operations Pty Ltd, doing business as OpenDebt.

Consent. You opt in verbally during a recorded phone call, when the agent asks whether you would like the agreed terms and a secure payment link sent by text to the mobile number on your account. No message is sent unless you say yes. Consent is not a condition of agreeing an arrangement or of using any service.

What you receive. One message confirming the agreed amount, frequency and first payment date with a secure payment link, and occasionally a reminder of an agreed payment date. Messages are informational only. Message frequency varies by account activity, typically one message per arrangement.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages you receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will get one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the details below.

Your information. How we handle your mobile number and consent record is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website or receipt of messages after a change means the updated terms apply.
